Liping majored in Environmental Engineering and worked on the environmental behaviors of emerging pollutants, especially the impact of microplastic environmental behaviors on biological effectiveness. Additionally, she is interested in researching Synthetic Biology to address issues related to environmental pollution and energy shortages, such as resource and energy recovery during environmental remediation process, upcycling solar-driven wastes (CO₂) to chemicals.
