Dr. Xinyue He has been studying in the science of Environmental Science and Engineering since bachelor period. Initially in Jilin University, her study subject was mainly focus on the water environmental planning and management. As a graduate student in China University of Petroleum, she went into the field of bioremediation of petroleum contaminated soils and participated in practical site remediation projects. In the meantime, she became interested in engineering research topics. In the doctoral research stage in China Agricultural University, she devoted her mind to the research of hydrothermal technology in the application of agricultural waste treatment, and participated an international training program that built up tight cooperation with Hohenheim University (Germany). Not only has an in-depth understanding of the biomass refinery technology, she also had an insight into the mechanism of phosphate transformation during hydrothermal process. Xinyue is currently following Prof. Lu in Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) as a postdoctor to continue the research on the application of hydrothermal technology.
